BWBacon Icelantic Skis2014 had been a stellar year for BWBacon for many reasons. We achieved some incredible things and made some changes to better prepare ourselves for 2015.

INC 500 – We made the list of INC’s 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the US! This is actually the second year in a row that we’ve made this prestigious list, indicating just how much the tech scene is growing in Denver and throughout Colorado. We certainly hope to make the INC 500 list in 2015 and make our presence there an ongoing trend!

Infographic – In May of 2014, we published an infographic highlighting the top reasons NOT to move to Denver. Our fun, tongue-in-cheek post essentially went viral and brought over 20,000 visitors to our site in the month of May alone! It continues to be one of our most popular pages month after month.

Icelantic – Continuing our partnership with Icelantic Skis, the designers of the best damn skis on planet Earth, we had some of our very own BWBacon-designed skis hand-built in the Never Summer factory. Though most of these will be given as Christmas gifts, we may still have some available so if you fancy yourself a pair, contact us!

In addition to working with Icelantic on the skis, we are co-sponsoring Winter on the Rocks in January, 2015. This year, the concert will feature Major Lazer and Damian Marley. We’re super excited to be a part of the show!

BWGiving – Our charity-giving program changed this year to focus on Colorado-based charities that provide assistance and support to patients and families affected by cancer. Between these three organizations, (First Descents, Bags of Fun, and MyLifeline.Org), our contributions will make a difference for cancer victims of all ages. We’ve already made donations this year and have plans to support them through 2015 and onward!

We are enormously grateful to all of our clients, our employees, and our partners for making 2014 a spectacular year for BWBacon!
