Camp Christmas

Date: Now through January 5th

Location: The Hangar at Stanley Marketplace

A Christmas Carol

Date: Now through December 22nd

Location: Miners Alley Playhouse and Arvada Center for the Arts & Humanities

Description: It’s the final weekend to catch two productions of the classic A Christmas Carol. Miners Alley Playhouse and Arvada Center for the Arts & Humanities are putting on a play and musical version, respectively.

Drunk Christmas

Date: December 20th

Location: Diebolt Brewing 

Description: If you’re in for a boozier time, enjoy the Christmas classic with a twist. This shortened version of Charles Dicken’s classic, A Christmas Carol, is Audacious Theatre’s annual holiday fundraiser. It’s an interactive blast, which allows the audience to participate in the shenanigans with goodie bags and a themed drinking game. And to satisfy your sweet tooth, there is a bake sale that contributes even more funds to the Audacious Theatre's upcoming season.

Denver Interfaith Messiah Sing-Along

Date: December 20th

Location: Hope United Methodist Church

Description: To help you get in the holiday spirit, the Hope United Methodist Church is inviting everyone in the community, no matter your faith, to participate in a festive sing-along. The interfaith choir will perform holiday classics and encourages audience participation. You are also welcome just to come and listen to the magic of the music! A reception is slated to follow the performance.

Denver Nuggets vs Minnesota Timberwolves

Location: Pepsi Center

Date: December 20th

Description: Take a break from the holiday festivities while you enjoy some professional hoops. The Denver Nuggets take on the Minnesota Timberwolves in Denver this weekend, and it’s the perfect event to get out of the house and relax before things ramp up next week. 

If you have plans and can’t fit anything else in this weekend, there are plenty of events happening all winter long. The Denver Pavilion Carousel opens on Saturday and runs through January 2nd. You can also visit one of the many ice skating rinks around the city.
